We know waiting for a package can be the hardest part, so here's exactly what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time & costs
We ship across Europe, with delivery typically taking 7–15 business days depending on your location. Shipping cost: free over €X / flat rate €Y — shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way.
Customs & taxes
No surprises at the door: applicable VAT is already included in the price you pay at checkout, so there are no extra customs charges for you to cover on arrival.
Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control (customs, local carriers, holidays) can add a few extra days. If your order is taking longer than expected, just reach out to us at [e-mail] and we'll track it down for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Shopping with us should feel risk-free — here's how returns work.
Your 14-day right to change your mind
If you simply change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused and, for hygiene reasons, unopened with any protective seal intact — this applies to skincare, makeup and personal care items in particular.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
This is different from a change of mind, and we make it easy: contact us within 3 days at santanyibeauty@gmail.com, with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — no need to send anything back.
How to start a return
Email us at santanyibeauty@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you next steps.
Who covers return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, it's on us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different shade or product instead? Let us know when you request your return and we'll arrange the swap once we receive the original item.
